Exceedingly Poor. Wet towels, dirty bathroom carpets, there was dirt swept into a corner. Negative: The ad was deceiving in respect of the exterior of the premises (and hence why I suspect there are no photos of the exteiror to the property). Towels were damp on arrival, bathroom carpets were not clean, there was excess dirt swept into the corner at the entrance hall, and a back of uncleared dirt at the door. This being unacceptable conditions to stay in, I notified the host immediately that I wanted to check-out at the very next day, as it was too late to find alternative accommodation, and that I required a refund for the remaining 2 days. My request was denied, which should no accountability on the part of the host whatsoever. I would caution to book this place with extreme caution, and do not book for more than 1 night, in order to view it first.

Stay clear of this place. There are way better options in Maadi. Positive: Online support was nice and helpfull but it was only selfcheck in. Negative: Apartment is much worse than it looks in the photos. Wifi didn't work. TV didn't work. The electrical system looks really shady. Lights in bedroom don't fully turn off. AC's units are very old and insanely loud. Zero sound and temp insulation. There is cafe outside open until 4am. Sheets had yellow stains and the towels were soaking wet drying on top of the bed. This part of Maadi isn't great. One hour after arriving I booked something else way better for the same price in Maadi and moved in the morning.
